The building tempo of Altes Construction ltd., which is a member of holding Altes Group, didn’t decrease.

Altes Construction is one of the biggest building-investment companies in the country; it has projects in such spheres as designing, building, realization and further exploitation of house estate of three highest categories – Business, Premium and De Luxe ones. Currently full-scale work is done at three building grounds Altes Plaza Deluxe Class, Altes Park Premium Class, Emerald Palace Business Сlass. Another two houses of the company – Caspian Terrace and Academy House have already been put in commission. We would also like to mention that holding Altes Group also embraces one of the biggest pharmaceutic companies of Azerbaijan – NUR Pharm.

“Altes Plaza” – five star housing estate Deluxe class.

In the first block building the works of the major technological cycle – the erecting of in-situ reinforced concrete constructions of the 22-storeyed house – are completed, 19 000 sq m has been built. Currently thermo and damp course operations are being held, the constructions for the facade glass fixing are being held. We would like to mention that the façade glass from the leading Belgian producer Saint-Gobaint is used. Simultaneously, the works inside the block on the accessing communication systems, water supply, electricity, central heating and conditioning are carried out.

In the second block the grouting of the 6th floor is finished. All in all 7 778 sq m have been built including 3-storeyed underground parking. The date of term of the building is planned for 2010.

Altes Park – house estate Premium class

In-situ and insulating works in the first block are completed. Façade works on the ceramic granite laying and glass covering have started, the procedure of accessing communication systems, water supply, electricity, central heating and conditioning is carried out at the moment.

In block B the grouting of the 11th floor is finished, the works on the 12th floor are held.

The date of term of the building is planned for 2010.

Emerald Palace – housing estate Premium class The works of the major technological cycle – the erecting of reinforced concrete constructions of three blocks of the complex – are completed, 33 156 sq m have been built (17 floors per block).The works on the facade arrangement, filling in window apertures and plumbing systems are being carried out.The date of term of the building is planned for 2010.
